Handball - A Fast-Paced Team Sport of Speed and Strategy
Introduction
Handball is a high-energy team sport that combines elements of basketball, soccer, and water polo. Played indoors on a 40m x 20m court, two teams of seven players each aim to score goals by throwing a ball into the opponent’s net. The sport is governed by the International Handball Federation (IHF) and is popular across Europe, Asia, and South America.
How the Sport is Played
Handball is played in two halves of 30 minutes each, with the team scoring the most goals winning the match.
Basic Rules of Play:
Ball Movement: Players can pass, dribble, or shoot the ball using their hands.
Three-Step Rule: A player can take up to three steps before passing or shooting.
Three-Second Rule: A player can hold the ball for a maximum of three seconds.
Dribbling: Players can dribble the ball but must not double-dribble (similar to basketball).
Goalkeeping: The goalkeeper is the only player allowed inside the 6-meter goal area.

Key Rules & Scoring System
Goals: A goal is scored when the ball crosses the goal line completely.
Fouls & Penalties:
Minor fouls result in free throws for the opponent.
Major fouls lead to a 7-meter penalty throw (like a penalty kick in soccer).

Three suspensions result in a red card (disqualification).

About The App
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
